Can I play music?

Yes! Music must be on a low level where no one else can hear but in your suite. No profanity, obscene, indecent, disrespectful and or anything offensive to others will be allowed.
Can I sublease my space?

No under no circumstances.
Is there a cell phone policy?

No facetime or on speaker phone in common areas.
What’s included in the rent?

Rent, parking, utilities, use of laundry, kitchen, secured smart locks on suites, access control for you to buzz clients in the salon and Wi-Fi.
Is there a security deposit?

Yes, 1 month's rent.
How often is the rent due?

Every Monday by Noon. If the rent is not paid by noon there is a late fee of $25 per day fee that applies.
How long is the lease agreement?

Two Years
Can I decorate my room?

Yes, if you change the color of the walls there is a $250 fee. You cannot paint the ceiling. We have a preferred contractor who can paint and help you if needed for a reasonable fee. He can also help move your equipment in.
